CLASS B DRIVERS WANTED - $1000 SIGN ON BONUS

MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC

MTS, Inc. is a contracted management company providing transportation services for the local transit authority, MART.  We have locations in Fitchburg, Gardner, and Athol.  Our company employs bus and van operators, dispatchers, mechanics, cleaners, and administrative personnel. 

We are currently hiring Bus Operators at our Fitchburg locations.  Operators will drive a van or a bus based on operational need.  A $1,000 hiring bonus is available.

 

EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY:

Operators are responsible for various types of passenger transportation in and around our locations.  These positions serve a vital role in the community ensuring its’ members have a way to reach their important destinations.  Operators are valued team members in the transportation industry.  A split work shift may be required. Operators will be scheduled Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday as overtime.  These are union positions. We can assist qualified candidates with passenger endorsement obtainment.

STARTING RATES:

·         $22.50 – Van

·         $24.00 – CDL

·         $24.50 - Bus

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

·         Valid MA CDL Class B or higher - Airbrake Endorsement Preferred

§  *Class C or B without Airbrakes will be considered to operate CDL passenger sized vehicles

·         Pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening (including marijuana) with continued random alcohol and drug screenings

·         Background Screening
