Description

Yard Driver- 2nd/3rd shift hours

Ayer, MA 

 
Catania Oils is a fourth generation family owned and operated  packager and processor of edible oils.  Our convenient location  in Ayer MA  is easily accessible from Rte 495 or Rte 2.  If you have a currently CDL license Class A and no longer want to travel extensively or are  new driver this may be the position for you. You will perform the following responsibilities:

Basic Functions:

Responsible for proper operation of Yard vehicles

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes, but is not limited to the following:

-Move trailers from proper storage/staging areas to warehouse

-Operates vehicles in a safe manner obeying speed in areas.

-Load and unload freight

-Complete all paperwork and logs

-Pre-inspection of vehicles as required

Requirements

Current CDL Class A license

1 year driving experience preferred.
